Destination MacCallum House Inn Mendocino Wedding - Ollie&Jenni

Ollie&Jenni were married on the beautiful California coast in Mendocino. This was a destination wedding that brought people from all over the world and Bay Area together. If you’ve never been to Mendocino, the town is full or charm and character. The main street has views of the ocean and easy access to beautiful cliffs.

Ollie and Jenni knew that all their guests would be traveling in for this special occasion so they decided to make their celebration a weekend getaway for everyone. In their welcome gifts and invitations, they included places to stop along the “road trip” and suggestions for everyone to get the most out of this adventure.

Jenni got ready at the historic MacCallum House Inn right in the heart of Mendocino. Her room had a beautiful view of most of the town and you could even see the ceremony being set up in the distance. Jenni greeted us with excitement as we began styling all her special details and ring box she so thoughtfully brought along. A champagne toast was shared with family and friends who had been in Jenni’s life for years before she slipped into her wedding dress.

As we headed to their first look right on site at the MacCallum House, both Jenni and Ollie grew with excitement. From there, we headed to the scenic overlook just a few blocks away for the majority of their portraits.

Their wedding ceremony took place across the way from downtown Mendocino at another beautiful seaside overlook. After Ollie&Jenni shared the sweetest personal vows, and guests were then invited back to The MacCallum House Inn for cocktail hour and the rest of the evening’s celebrations.

We loved so many things about getting to know Ollie&Jenni. Spending the day with them at their destination wedding was the icing on the cake. Jenni is so kind. Not just to all her wedding vendors, but took so much time to personally thank her bridal party and all who were involved. She honored her own parents love and commitment to marriage over the years. Ollie is loyal and keeps Jenni grounded in all they do. I’ll never forget the way they made people feel on their wedding day. There was so much admiration and love that they expressed to everyone for making the far journey!
