After meeting Sarah, Spencer was convinced that nothing further would come from his grandma's “set-up”, until nearly one year later when they shared a random swing dance that swung this relationship into forever. Devin&Claire were married on a beautiful October afternoon here in Chico at White Ranch Events. White Ranch is known for the lush greenery, pond overlooking the ceremony location, and beauty all around. It’s wild to me that I’m blogging OUR maternity photos today. The last six years of marriage has been filled with so much growth. We are truly different people, in a good way, than when we first got married. We’re more unified, free, better versions of ourselves because of marriage. We were very intentional about when we wanted to start a family and as I look at these photos, I’m filled with gratitude for everything we’ve been through to get us to a place of being joyfully excited to meet our sweet boy.

Jim and Cindy were married in downtown Campbell among their close family and friends. Their ceremony took place at the historic Ainsley House garden property just blocks from downtown Campbell. From there, guests were invited to join the couple for an indoor ballroom reception at Villa Ragusa just blocks away.

A few weeks ago we set sail out of Seattle Washington for a week long cruise up through Alaska with a day in Victoria British Columbia on the way home. It was our first time cruising and the perfect get away for us. Chico tends to be extremely hot during summer months so escaping from the heat felt heavenly.
We booked this trip as soon as we found out we were pregnant with our #trebaby. We’ll be sharing more soon about that in case you missed it! It was the perfect mix of exploring and resting on the boat while traveling from port to port. What we loved so much about this trip was the flexibility and freedom we had. While on the boat, we could choose as much or as little as we wanted to do. I can see us in the near future taking our family on a big cruise together. Everyone can choose their own adventure and do as much or rest as much as you please.

Matt and Megan were married on a beautiful clear day at Eagle Vines Golf Club just outside of Napa California. If you’re on your way to wine taste in Napa Valley, you can see the golf course and rolling vineyards from the highway. The view is breathtaking. From the moment we rolled up, we could easily see why Matt and Megan fell in love Eagle Vines as their destination to celebrate their marriage!
